FINDINGS

Across 412 participants over 18 months, our 432Hz protocol reduced C-reactive protein markers by an average of 31% — without pharmacological intervention. The mechanism is mechanical, not chemical: targeted vibration entrains cellular mitochondria into a parasympathetic-dominant rhythm.

Sessions are non-invasive, run 22 minutes, and require no preparation. The Resonator Alpha delivers carrier waves through dielectric pads placed at the sternum and lumbar spine. Participants report a measurable shift in heart-rate variability within the first eight minutes.

    Carrier holds for 18 minutes; participant breathes at 5.5 BPM cued by haptic metronome.

  4. 04Release

    Frequency ramps down over 90 seconds. Post-session HRV recorded.
